About the Pad specification , it is light weight pad with heavy padding . the most important thing we keep in mind while creating these pads are the protection of coach & trainer . the padding is thick so that coach / trainer does not feel the punch hit on the pad . where, on the other hand , it is easy to carry and you can use them to train where you like . you would just need a partner who can hold these pads for you .
